Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the hostel for students of Scheduled Castes shall apply to the Chief Commissioner in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees, and the Chief Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and twenty days of the application.
