Application for registration.—Every hostel for students of Scheduled Castes carrying on the running of a hostel shall make an application for registration to the Chief Commissioner in Form VIII, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every assistive device held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
