Correction of entries.—The Chief Commissioner may, on an application made in Form II by any hostel for students of Scheduled Castes or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than sixty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
