Surrender of certificate.—Every person carrying on business who ceases to carry on the carrying on of business shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Puducherry in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every warehouse receipt held by him has been disposed of.
