Clause 2, Telangana Gaming (Stadium Control) Order, 2026 [S7M-ENE]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 8 January 2026.
Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Telangana Gaming Act, 1974 (Telangana Act 2 of 1974); (b) "online gaming operator" means a person carrying on the offering of online games; (c) "anti-doping form" means a anti-doping form received, held or disposed of by a online gaming operator in the course of the offering of online games; (d) "Form C" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
