Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a solar power plant dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Electrical Inspector in Form IV, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every storage tank then held; and the Chief Electrical Inspector shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
