Surrender of certificate.—Every ticketing agent who ceases to carry on the sale of railway tickets as an agent shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every railway line held by him has been disposed of.
