Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the child care institution shall apply to the Family Court in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Family Court shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
