Surrender of certificate.—Every executive officer of a temple who ceases to carry on the administration of a temple shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every inventory of jewels held by him has been disposed of.
