Application for registration.—Every operator of an online education platform carrying on the imparting of education by electronic means shall make an application for registration to the District Education Officer in Form D, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every certificate of recognition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
