Safe custody.—Every operator of an online education platform shall keep every examination to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the imparting of education by electronic means is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every examination so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Education Officer within ninety days of the close of each year.
