Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of an online education platform dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the District Education Officer in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every question paper then held; and the District Education Officer shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
