Rule 2, Uttarakhand Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Licensing) Rules, 2025 [S7M-1RD]

Definitions.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957); (b) "operator of an online education platform" means a person carrying on the imparting of education by electronic means; (c) "question paper" means a question paper received, held or disposed of by a operator of an online education platform in the course of the imparting of education by electronic means; (d) "Form B" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
