Surrender of certificate.—Every rehabilitation professional who ceases to carry on the practice of a rehabilitation profession shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every hostel held by him has been disposed of.
