Intimation of change.—Every Lok Adalat organiser shall intimate to the Government of Assam, in Form A and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Assam shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
