Surrender of certificate.—Every handwriting expert who ceases to carry on the examination of documents as an expert shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every register of suits held by him has been disposed of.
