Intimation of change.—Every person discharging effluent into a stream shall intimate to the Tribunal, in Form F and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Tribunal shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
