Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the placement agency shall apply to the Juvenile Justice Board in Form V for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Juvenile Justice Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
