Intimation of change.—Every proprietor of a shooting range shall intimate to the District Magistrate, in Form V and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
