Surrender of certificate.—Every air transport undertaking who ceases to carry on the carriage of passengers by air shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-3 of the manner in which every licence held by him has been disposed of.
