Application for registration.—Every air transport undertaking carrying on the carriage of passengers by air shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form CA-6, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every cargo manifest held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
