Intimation of change.—Every operator of a pre-school shall intimate to the Regulatory Authority, in Form E and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Regulatory Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
