Intimation of change.—Every holder of land in excess of the ceiling shall intimate to the Settlement Officer, in Form 8 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Settlement Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
