Correction of entries.—The Settlement Officer may, on an application made in Form 7 by any holder of land in excess of the ceiling or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than thirty days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
