Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of an opinion poll shall apply to the Delimitation Commission in Form 2B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Delimitation Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
