Intimation of change.—Every teacher training institution shall intimate to the Board of Secondary Education, in Form G and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Board of Secondary Education shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
