Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the overseas investor shall apply to the Export Inspection Council in Form ANF-5A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Export Inspection Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
