Intimation of change.—Every owner of a hoarding shall intimate to the Press Registrar, in Form V and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Press Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
