Application for registration.—Every patent agent carrying on the practice as a patent agent shall make an application for registration to the Appellate Board in Form 9, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every geographical indication held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
