Surrender of certificate.—Every sponsor of a competition who ceases to carry on the sponsoring of a competition shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every competition held by him has been disposed of.
