Safe custody.—Every dealer in medical devices shall keep every certificate of registration to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where dealing in medical devices is carried on, shall record in Form 28 the description of every certificate of registration so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the District Registering Authority within fifteen days of the close of each year.
