Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in medical devices who ceases to carry on dealing in medical devices shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 19 of the manner in which every stock register held by him has been disposed of.
