Application for registration.—Every guardian appointed by the court carrying on the management of the property of a minor shall make an application for registration to the Government of Rajasthan in Form II, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every register of deaths held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
