Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any guardian appointed by the court dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Rajasthan in Form VII, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every marriage register then held; and the Government of Rajasthan shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
