Surrender of certificate.—Every pilot of a port who ceases to carry on the pilotage of vessels shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director-General in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 7 of the manner in which every certificate of registry held by him has been disposed of.
