Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a school bus who ceases to carry on the transport of school children shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the School Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every school building held by him has been disposed of.
