Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a school bus shall apply to the School Tribunal in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the School Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
