Safe custody.—Every aggregator shall keep every pension payment order to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the enrolment of subscribers in a group is carried on, shall record in Form 11 the description of every pension payment order so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Recovery Officer within sixty days of the close of each year.
