Surrender of certificate.—Every election agent who ceases to carry on the management of election expenses shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Election Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
