Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any election agent dies, his legal representative shall, within three days of the death, intimate the death to the Election Commission in Form 12, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every poster then held; and the Election Commission shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
