Surrender of certificate.—Every recovery agent who ceases to carry on the recovery of dues on behalf of a lender shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Debts Recovery Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every deposit held by him has been disposed of.
