Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any licensee of a village bus stand dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Gram Panchayat in Form 3, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every tax receipt then held; and the Gram Panchayat shall enter the intimation in the register within fourteen days of its receipt.
