Surrender of certificate.—Every insurer issuing policies who ceases to carry on the issue of policies of insurance shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Stamp Revenue Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every adhesive stamp held by him has been disposed of.
