Application for registration.—Every allottee of surplus land carrying on the holding of allotted surplus land shall make an application for registration to the Board of Revenue in Form 8, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every land revenue receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
