Application for registration.—Every investment adviser carrying on the business of an investment adviser shall make an application for registration to the Government of Puducherry in Form H, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees and a statement of every securities held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
