Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a stone crusher who ceases to carry on the running of a stone crusher shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Controller of Mines in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every transit pass held by him has been disposed of.
