Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a stone crusher dies, his legal representative shall, within thirty days of the death, intimate the death to the Regional Controller of Mines in Form K, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every stock of minerals then held; and the Regional Controller of Mines shall enter the intimation in the register within three hundred and sixty-five days of its receipt.
