Safe custody.—Every operator of a stone crusher shall keep every stock of minerals to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a stone crusher is carried on, shall record in Form K the description of every stock of minerals so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Regional Controller of Mines within fifteen days of the close of each year.
