Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a lodging house shall apply to the Town Vending Committee in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Town Vending Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
