Intimation of change.—Every owner of a lodging house shall intimate to the Town Vending Committee, in Form C and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Town Vending Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
